I remember the last Pendleton Meets Opening Ceremony lookbook: It was, like, uber long so I decided to simply not post it. Despite the truly excellent collaboration between these two brands, it looks as if I will not be posting the entire look book on here either.
Trust me, it could be worse when I say that I am not willing to post a lookbook on the Anatomy Blog: it could be poorly shot, the clothes could look like two steps above dog shit, or maybe I have a personal vendetta with the brand that readily goes unrecognized on a massive level but helps me sleep at night.
Both Pendleton and Opening Ceremony have none of these problems. The reality of the matter is that the Pendleton Meets Opening Ceremony SS '10 Collection is truly brilliant: It addresses workman's fashion with an endearingly preppy appeal that cannot be replicated or denied as it is truly characteristic of both brands and quite unique.
We see through the men's (and women's) garments that the Pendleton Meets Opening Ceremony SS '10 Collection only faces one issue, the unbloggable issue which keeps their collection from being completely posted on
Anatomy: The collection is incredibly comprehensive. There is no stone unturned, no garment unfinished, no look too arbitrary, random, or outlandish in context to the greater collection. The plaid and navajo prints speak to one another in different applications without being over done and work in harmonium to produce a truly great collection. So, with that being said, I suggest you take a look at the whole thing over at
High Snobiety.
