Rag and Bone Fall '08 Overcoats

Two words: Truly immaculate. What makes these coats so special is that finally the brand Rag and Bone gets it. The stylish individual doesn't want just a knee length coat, they want one of excellent proportions.
Preferably, something that nobody has seen before, and that the average person most likely would not have. These two overcoats are excellent in their own way. My personal favorite is the Double Breasted Mac (the coat on the left) as it carries obvious military inspirations. I have always loved military coats, except brands such as Burberry as well as Dolce and Gabbana has consistently made them for women. the Double Breasted mac features similar conventions in cut (narrow shoulders, tapered waist) that womens jackets have, but it is cut to obviously flatter a man's body. Also the great coat is excellent as well. The jacket, is certainly roomier, but certainly has similar inspirations with not so much of a tapered fit, nor does it have a back split either. These can be found now at Blackbird. (via Selectism)Technorati Tags: , ,
