Nike Closing Ceremony AF1

Ok, so there are a couple of things I have gotten pretty tired of pretty quickly this summer. One of them has been the Beijing Olympic Games pieces that seemed to have been coming out every week. However, after the majestic opening, the inspirational closing, and of course, Micheal Phelps with a neck full of most official gold medals, I have to say, it has been a good two weeks. Traditionally, I have not been a fan of the AF1. Perhaps because the structure is a little bit bulky for my taste, making me opt for the dunk instead. However, this shoe is in a league of its own. While an Air Force 1, it is also one of the most beautiful shoes I have ever seen. Granted, while the shoe could be utilized for traditional use, if anything this shoe is a piece of art work that deserves moreso to be collected than worn. These shoes will be available in Hong Kong (sorry guys) effective today. So look for a way to order this online. (via FORMAT)Technorati Tags: , ,
